“I ordered a fishing rod and the Butt configuration wasn’t the same as in the photo and the runners were twisted around the rod. I phoned and they arranged to have the rod pickup and returned to them. After this it went bad. I contacted them by phone and email asking for the refund for no replies. I had to use my PayPal protection to finally get a refund from Paypal. I think this is extremely poor on their part, I had to chase the refund and they did not reply in anyway. I was a repeat customer but never again. I have read the many good reviews but I would have to say be aware and be sure of what you think you are buying because in my instance, the follow up service from them is disgusting.”

“Very fast and friendly service, price for the rod that I purchased was to good to refuse. Will definitely be back as a customer and no hesitation recommending this store. Packaging was damaged in transit but contents were ok .”
