“I foolishly lost five quality rods and reels earlier this year. It took me some months to find the funds to have them replaced, I went to Ernie and his team and they were most sympathetic and accommodating in replacing the rods and reels to an equivalent standard and saved me some money. I can't thank them enough for their support and will continue to utilise Otto's Tackle World Drummoyne for all my fishing needs as I have done for the past four years.”
