“Went to exchange my Tcurve Premium after spotting an obvious defect with one of the rod guides, exposing the base of the guide to the elements through a burst bubble in the guide wrapping, only to be told by one of the elderly shop attendant that this was not a manufacturing defect and that most custom rods encounter those issues on a regular basis. The rest of the staff were as surprised as I was by the stupidity of this statement which I was told to ignore before they proceeded to replace the rod with another model. Needless to say that I will think twice before purchasing another high end item from a shop which tolerates this type of behaviour from one of its representatives. The man’s behaviour was agressive and left with me a negative impression having purchased an expensive rod without the level of customer service expected from this establishment.”
