“Still not received even though the website says orders over $100 express shipping service - this is BS ordered on may 17, shipping confirmation said eta said may 25, express post takes 2-3 days to us.”

“Hello 👋, Rod and reel received. No line or braid included as in advertisement? Rod delivered to the front door and the reel left on top of letter box. Lucky that it was still there when I got home from work 🤔”

“In my experience, a great mob to deal with. I talked to Louie on the phone, got my questions answered, did the transaction on the phone and received my reel two days later. You can't ask for better service than that. I haven't used the reel yet but judging by their service records I'm sure any problems will be fixed.”
