“Service on the phone was great. Online ordering is easy and works well. Australia Post tracking is great and delivery was quick. The courier company for the rod though was slow and the tracking vague and inaccurate. Overall though Ottos is fantastic to deal with and I’m on board from here on.”

“Very easy to search their product and also a wide range to choose from also their delivery is lightning fast and free around Australia cant beat that! Over all very happy with Ottos and for sure Im getting more stuff from them. I just wish they gave like a freebies like t-shirts. Thank dont mind rocking ottos tackle shirt while Im qbout fishing. 😉”

“Ive remarked to several people recently that Ottos is an excellent example of what a bricks and mortar and online retailer needs to be in this wild and new world of online . In summary I’ve been buying from them ( online as i live in Brisbane ) for 3 or so years and the pricing is always sharp , they have stock ie i don’t wait weeks for it to arrive and most importantly I have found the advice from them over the phone to be truly excellent .”
