“Gaff hook is great the courier service was shocking tho, would recommend another company. I left a note to leave at door wasn’t left then chased my ass for 3 days trying to contact them never got back to me, I had to drive to chullora to collect myself, guy on the phone refused to help or place me threw to a manger.”

“I felt a lack of care for the customers of Otto’s tackle world as I purchased some braid online for delivery and 5 days after my order confirmation I get told you guys had a stock error and my delivery would be delayed. I was shown no empathy in the emails informing me and no compensation for my inconvenience”
