“I ordered and paid for the order 14/08/20. Admittedly, Friday night. The payment wasn't processed until 18/08/20. The order wasn't prepared until 20/08/20. Now 28/08/20 and still hasn't arrived. I ordered from Dinga at the same time. That arrived 17/08/20. Will definitely order from Dinga again. Not sure about Otto's. Overall - disappointing.”
