“I placed an order on 3rd Sep. I am still waiting for 2 items to be delivered. They do not answer emails. Their WhatsApp does not respond, their phone just goes to voicemail. Rubbish service. The goods are also not as shown. My grinder was a completely different brand and it was used before. The vibro belt came with no box, no packaging - just like that in the delivery bag. The other 2 items I am still waiting for and a different size phone screen protector was delivered!!! They don't care and it is really not worth buying from this company. They should be reported to the ministry and closed down!”

“The worst experience in online shopping, customer support does not respond to emails, and phone lines do not work, debited the money, and still have not received anything, I made the purchase on March 31, 2022 and made the shipment on April 6, 2022, and still have not received anything. They are a fraud of an online store AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“Worst online shopping experience This is the worst online shop to deal with. Delay in shipping and may be you will not get your ordered item nor your money back. Customer service are horrible and always lying. Stay away of this company or order on your risk. I am pretty sure that all positive review are just paid reviews.”

“This online shop is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and so UNPROFESSIONAL!! I placed an order last 09.09.21. On website it is showing that it will be delivered on 14.09.21 and someone from their team called me the same day I placed the order and confirmed for the same. I didn't receive the order till today. I am supposed to use this item for my birthday today but this shop ruined the plan. I am a frequent online buyer and this is the first time I tried this shop and definitely will be the last!!!! What is the point of putting the delivery date on website if the item will not be delivered on same day???? And their customer service is so unprofessional that they even have the guts to tell me that this item should be delivered tomorrow but because I am complaining they will try to deliver it urgently!!! Such a waste of money and time trying this online shop.”

“***** ONE OF THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES I HAVR EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE ******** WHAT A SILLY SURPRISE YOU JUST MADE FOR ME !!!!!!! I made an order on 5th of sep and I paid already and the order was confirmed as all the three items is available in stock and the delivery date should have been tomorrow!!! Out of no where I received a call from ur agent to tell me that TWO OUT OF THREE ITEMS I BOUGHT AIN’t AVAILABLE !!!! How are you keeping the customer wait for his order till only few hours before the delivery then you tell me that I won’t get my items???????! Where have you been the last week since I made my order !!!!! It’s my ANNIVERSARY and I ARRANGED THE SURPRISE WHICH YOU JUST MESSED IT UP AND I DONT HOW THE HELL I CAN FIX THIS STUPID SITUATION TOU PUT ME IN WITH YOUR WORST SERVICE !!!!! I need someone to explain to me why would u do this after 5 long days I wait my order!!!!! “Worst Customer Service, The one which ordered they dont have at last i need to buy 3 items in order to make up the money and 2 items i went to the office and collected since its getting too delayed for 3rd one paid 5kd additional and got after 2 weeks,Their customer service never answer calls rather if they want to convey we need to message in whatsapp then only will they will call back. 1/5-and 2 is for genuine product.”

“First, 24/7 Customer service is really bad, second - I choose the installment option but I got a deduction of the full amount to my account even I choose the installment option. So I tried to contact them to help me with the issue but they just ignore my message on WhatsApp, a phone call is unreachable. When I'm asking them to cancel the order since they can't help me with the installment option they will deduct 5% for the refund plus I paid 20 for processing and shipping fees. What a very bad service!”

“Bought an item and was faulty. Immediately informed about the problem and it is two weeks now since I been chasing the customer service guy. They are not responding since last week. Ridiculous. I tried to go to their office, which never existed. Complete hoax. Don’t fall prey for them seeing the offers.”

“I was simply reading reviews before I placed an order. I am so shocked that ANY 5* review was obviously written by the same person that is clearly from another country. This is ridiculous. All the good reviews were written the same time 2 years ago. The reviews are so generic and don’t make any sense. I definitely won’t be purchasing anything from this site. The scam seems to be that they let you place an order, then after many complaints, tell you the item is not in stock even though the website still says it is. It actually gives you a count of how many are left as you’re looking up items so this makes me even more suspicious that this company is fraudulent.”

“CHEATS. BAD SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. SIMPLY WORST. They made me wait more than a week and then say their product is out of stock and we will refund after 3 days. All this time i waited for nothing. The customer support in Oman is simply worst. If you ask them what happened to your order, all they say is "Sorry". Useless.”

“It’s a fraudulent website, DON’T even think of buying anything from them! I ordered a mouse on October 11th, after weeks of wait time and several emails /messages (on FB), I was informed that the product is out of stock and that my amount will be refunded. Till date I am waiting for refund and they’ve stopped responding to my emails/ messages L.”
