“Beautiful casket....excellent communication! I wish everyone knew just how easy it is to order a casket from here as opposed to selecting one at a mortuary. This one was much prettier than any of the ones my brother and I looked at from the mortuary for a third of the cost.”

“Great company. There was an issue with the casket I ordered because it was not on the East Coast. I had a rep call me and explain. I asked that he work it out with company leadership and call me back. Another company rep called back and offered a more expensive casket as the one I ordered ( this was also one of the three the family picked out) for the price of our original order with next day delivery. The delivery company was as good as it gets with any help we wanted to uncrate and check for damage. This was a great experience at a low time in our lives but they made this a no problem and we received more than we expected. What a great company to deal with.”

“This is the 2nd casket I bought in 6 years. This one was for a cremation so I used their chat feature to ensure it was in fact a cremation casket before ordering. Responded right away & I was able to get a casket for my son at a third of the cost offered at funeral home. Both caskets came in perfect condition. I happened to be at funeral home when this one was delivered. Driver was respectful & helped unpack for inspection. I highly recommend using them..”

“The funeral home requested that the casket is inspected on delivery to avoid any issues. Have there been issues before ? Not at all - the casket was perfect, not a scratch and worth of every penny. Price was 1 third of similar casket that can be purchased at the funeral home. Delivery driver went "extra mile" to save my son 3 hours from the trip to inspect the casket. I am extremely happy with the company - they saved me money and a lot of stress with this unusual purchase and kudos to the driver.”

“I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has the need to purchase a casket. We saved over half of what the funeral home wanted to charge and it was a high quality piece. In fact, the funeral director asked where we got it from as it was one of the nicer ones they've seen that they didn't provide. Well worth taking a look at their website.”
