“I ordered the Prim Rose for my mother. As I'm sure you all are finding out organizing a funeral is on thing after another. Using this site gave me 1 less thing to worry about. The funeral home offered the same casket I ordered in there catalogue for 3k more than the price on overnightcaskets. I ordered the casket on a Thursday before a long weekend thinking the funeral home would not receive it until Tuesday. To my surprise even with choosing free 3 day shipping it arrived Friday afternoon. It was so fast that I had not even sat down with the funeral director yet so at our first meeting they told me it was already their. That why this site gave me 1 less thing to worry about, it was an effortless process.”

“After I purchased a casket I was informed that model was not available but was offered a slightly more expensive one at same price as the original. Replacement was just as beautiful and cost adjustment was fair. Delivery was timely and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Overnight Caskets for your funeral needs.”

“I am extremely happy with the purchase, the delivery time and the customer service. I ordered a casket for my brother the Tuesday evening, I accidentally left out a digit from the address instead of typing 163 I typed 16. However I did not discover the error until that Thursday evening, by then the casket was shipped. I called customer service that Friday morning and in a state of panic was wondering what would happen. The guy assured me that they will take care of it, and the casket would arrive at the Funeral Home on Monday as promised. It was delivered as promised, I was so grateful because honestly I was getting anxiety. The casket was exactly as shown on the website.”

“Beautiful casket; fantastic customer service. When the casket arrived it was more beautiful than the pictures, and everyone was simply amazed at the quality of it. When I needed to call their customer support for some questions they were hands down the best customer support that I have talked to in YEARS. 1,000 times recommend over and over if anyone needs a casket.”

“I was in the middle of ordering my mom's casket from another company that was recommended to me. When I called the other company they were rude and hung up on me. Caskets overnight accepted my order online via their website and shipped to the funeral home in a timely manner. I was informed of the delivery via the tracking number. This company not only has reasonable prices but does it's job well. I highly recommend this company.”

“Super fast. While I haven't seen the casket yet because it was delivered to the funeral home, they did receive it in a timely manner. Customer service was great when I had a question about which location would ship faster to Michigan. Thank you for your help. I saved almost $2,500. In my world, that's some real money. Update! The casket was beautiful and just as pictured. My brother was very pleased with both the look and the savings. I highly recommend their product and service.”

“Customer service and the voice of the representative were exceptional; the company did their best and accommodate my day of delivery request; representative gave me a different delivery time frame; within five minutes she called back and said her manager said delivery will be made as requested without additional delivery charge; I will use Overnight Caskets when the need arises and have and will continue to recommend the company to others; thank you for your caring and exceptional service.”

“Thank you so much Overnight Caskets for providing superior customer service and high quality caskets at a huge price discount compared to prices of two funeral homes in the Boise, Idaho area. My father in law was buried at the Idaho Veterans Cemetery in one of your caskets. The casket was beautiful. We were very pleased with the workmanship. The casket was befitting of the military honor burial being bestowed upon a United States Navy veteran that served in Vietnam. The casket was even finer looking in reality than was depicted online, and complimented the United States burial flag that was placed over top of it. Our family thanks your company.”

“Purchased a casket with Jeffrey's assistant. He was very attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, and even offered guidance. He was well informed about the services he was selling. When casket was delivered to cemetery the hand rails were too big for the grave site and was told it would scratch the walls when being lowered into the vault. I had to upgrade the vault to accommodate for the casket which cost extra money. Next day I called Overnight Casket and explained my dilemma. A credit was issued to offset the extra expense for upgrading vault. Your staff is exceptional, and i plan to use your services for the Memorial Marker.”
