“Excellent quality and delivered on time! Saved my mom thousands of $$$. Only concern was the website's chat feature. Although it says 24/7, I did not get responses in the middle of the night. I will definitely recommend to anyone in need of a good quality casket, fast!”

“This Poplar Wood Casket with redwood finish had a beautiful presentation. The funeral director, who before casket delivery was skeptical, upon arrival informed me that “this is a very nice casket.” A great buy at a crucial time of need. “I was skeptical like other people would be ordering a casket online. I can honestly say that it was such an easy process, and the casket arrived on time. The funeral home, even complemented how nice the casket was and the interior was very fluffy. My family was so impressed with the casket. Not to mention it’s a fraction of the price that you’re going to pay at a funeral home so definitely order one online because it’s the same great quality.”

“Extremely satisfied with your Customer Service, Product and Delivery! Very happy to use this product to lay my dad to rest in. So surprised that casket arrived next day even though it wasn't expected for 3 days! You guys are Awesome! Even the Funeral Home complemented on the packing, said it could have been dropped from the roof of their building and not been damaged it was so well packed. They also complemented what a beautiful wooden casket! Very satisfied. Will be purchasing for other family members when the time comes.”

“Walmart.com could not deliver my husband casket, so I called Overnight Caskets and they were able to deliver it in just 4 days. Walmart.com said it would be 3 weeks out and then they couldn't deliver it at all. Thanks Overnight Caskets you saved my husbands memorial and funeral. It cost less then Walmart.com did too.”

“The casket we ordered was received the next day in perfect condition. We did pay for the overnight shipping. Even with that additional cost, the entire price was significantly less than what we would have paid through the funeral home. Our purpose for using this company wasn’t cost related. We simply couldn’t find a white casket locally. However, after it was all completed, we were extremely happy that we decided to order through Overnight Caskets.”

“Re: Overnight Caskets. My experience has been nothing but favorable. My initial selection of casket was unavailable on the east coast where I live. Overnight located a second choice of casket on the east coast and offered it to me at the original cost of my first selection. I was texted a pic of the second casket. It met my approval. In a matter if a few days it was shipped to the funeral home. The funeral service notified me of its arrival. I was scheduled today to come to the funeral service to inspect the casket as it was uncrated in my presence. Needless to say, Overnight Caskets lives up to its reputation bar none. The casket was flawless and is incredibly BEAUTIFUL!! I am beyond PLEASED!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!”

“I purchased the PrimRose White Shade with Silver Rose Finish casket for my mother's funeral. It was delivered by 10:30 am to the funeral home in perfect condition. Please note that next day delivery is when you order it before 2 pm. I ordered it at 5:30 pm and received it the day after which wasn't a problem. My family and I received several compliments on how beautiful it was. Jeff and Mark both helped with my purchase and it was a very easy transaction. I would highly recommend Overnight Caskets.”

“Excellent customer service! They did not have the casket I ordered on the east coast and they immediately called me to tell me that and offered a nicer more expensive casket at the same price as what I paid and it was delivered the next morning! Service does not get any better than that”

“I found Overnight Caskets while I was standing in the funeral home faced with choosing an outrageously overpriced casket for my mother. It was all too overwhelming at the time. First I chatted with someone right on the website and the next day I called them. In a time when I just couldn't handle anything else, the staff at Overnight Caskets was all too pleasant, empathic, kind, and helpful. They know why you're calling on them and they respect it. The casket I chose was just 1/3 the cost of what was offered at the funeral home but was the same quality. It was delivered literally overnight and ended up looking great. Look, it almost feels wrong ordering a casket for a loved one from a website, but this company does it right. 21st Century and all that, I suppose. Thanks Overnight Caskets. You did right by me, and right by my mother.”

“Overall a great company! They delivered a quality casket, on time, with no real issues. I ordered the White Cross Lords Prayer casket, because it looked perfect for my mother-in-law. I was not disappointed; it looked beautiful and well made. Most people at the funeral did not know you could order a casket online. I have never ordered a casket online before, and had reservations about quality, delivery, hassles in general. No problems occurred, all went smoothly. The only issues were no tracking number, no notification that it had been delivered. I did get one email saying it had shipped on time, but that was all. I trusted in all the great reviews of the company, and sure enough, I called the funeral home the next day and it was there, in fine condition. Ordered and delivered in less than 18 hrs; and I had one less major thing on my mind at a very stressful time. Improvement in tracking could use some attention. I will recommend overnightcaskets to my family and friends.”
