“The first CSR I reached answered all my questions and was very kind. I was amazed that they would hold the casket up to 6 months or longer if needed. The delivery to the mortuary went very well and the day of the graveside service we were delighted at how beautiful the casket was. The blue matched her beautiful blue eyes!”

“Large selection, great prices, reasonable shipping options. The casket I originally ordered was not available so they substituted a casket that was a little more money and didn't charge me the difference, which I thought was great customer service. Would recommend highly!”

“It was a beautiful casket and arrived in about 4 or 5 days. I ordered it for my sister while she was in hospice. Quality was great and it was well worth the price. Much less expensive than funeral home. I was told by the rep, that they have many warehouses in different states. One warehouse was in our state, but my nephew decided on a casket in a further state. Great company to use and priced well. Beautiful casket.”

“I received a call from Mike that the casket would be at the funeral home by 3/28 or 3/29 . But it was actually reced by the funeral home on 3/24 , way before the home going service. Great Job making it easier during this process.”

“Overnight Caskets was wonderful to work with when placing the order for my mother's casket. My first choice was not in stock at the time of the order so the ladies gave me several different options to choose from. I actually liked their choice better than the one I had picked.The order was placed on Monday afternoon, shipped out Tuesday and was delivered Thursday as promised. Tracking information was provided the whole time. Casket was quite beautiful.”

“They called to make sure of the delivery address and review the day of delivery for clarification. It was much appreciated to help bring more peace to making arrangements. It arrived on time as expected and was great quality. Very good service at a time when it is of utmost importance. Thank you very much. Would absolutely recommend.”
