“These sheets were such a ripoff. They are flimsy, definitely not 1800 threadcount like advertised. They embroidered stripe is only on one side of the pillow case and the sheets have no embroidery as well. The picture was extremely misleading. They should be $15 at Homegoods, not $40. I would return them but I didn't realize it until I had washed them. Very annoyed and will not buy again.”

“The elastic that keeps the sheet on the bed, snapped the first time putting in the fitted sheet. And it is just one long piece so it’s impossible to fix on my own.now it won’t stay on the bed. This was just from making the bed, the very first time!”

“Sheets were a mess and ripped. Have never encountered anything like this before. Will tell everyone DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. rETURING EVEN THOUGH ITS A HASSEL AND WILL contact the credit card company. Shouldnt be in business!”

“Hate the feel of the sheets. I opened the pillowcases and was disgusted by the feel of them. I haven’t opened the carton that the sheet set came in and will probably returned them. They are awful !!!!!”

“Order no: 44427 Ordered 1800 thread count but when I received them the label read 100% microfiber plush. I would like to return them as they are not the 1800 thread count cotton as indicated on label and they make me sweat at night whereas I have never done so. Please advise how I can return them. I still have the original packaging. Thank you.”

“I was VERY unhappy when I found out that your shipping label to return my items was SOOO expensive, but worse than that, I read that there was a restocking charge??! Really??? I haven’t paid a restocking charge since I bought something off of EBay several years ago. What a rip off!! I will not be buying from this website again!!”

“I ordered the Egyptian sheets with 1800 thread count, since Egyptian cotton sheets are high quality sheets. Alas, I received microfiber from China that is only washable in cold water! I had to open the package to read the label to determine the materials actually used (not advertised). Opened merchandise is not returnable. This is serious misrepresentation of the product, that can only be intentional. Disallowing opened packages from returns, while the product is misrepresented--that makes the issue fraud.”

“Terrible company to do business with. Won't cancel my order even tho it has not shipped. Won't refund my cc, had to open a dispute to get my money back. There is NO customer service, only communication is through email, said they were shipping the sheets anyway, and if I refused the delivery I would be charged shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. I will never do business with them again, never.”

“The sheets are not soft and are irritating on the skin. I was unable to keep them in my bed. They would not take them back and Lost the funds and had to throw them out. I would never Order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to order from them. Very poor auto we service.”

“Bought a set of split top king sheets. They were nice at first. Had them just under a month but only recently started to use them...after the second wash all the elastic broke making them completely useless and a waste of money.”

“Purchased 1800 thread count sheets. They were expensive compared to what I usually pay, so I figured they must be nice and durable. They were PAPER THIN--I can see my hand through the sheets and the material is bunched up on parts of the hem stitching of both the flat sheet and pillowcases! These sheets are awful! What a disappointment.”
