“Bought a set of king sized sheets. Used them once and the top sheet tore. Also a lot of piling. Contacted overstock and they told me too bad. Would never buy anything from this company again. Terrible customer service.”

“I bought the King split sheets. The fitted sheets were very large. An area of the stitching on the elastic did not completely catch the underturned material, thus the elastic was exposed. Also the pillow cases were sewn crooked. Are these sheets seconds? No chance in returning them, had to open the package to see this. Luckily I can sew and somewhat fix them. Very disappointed!”

“I ordered split top king sheets. Purchased before we received the mattress, which was a mistake. Took them out 1 week past the fourteen day return policy (even though return policy says sheets cant be opened). The elastic was broken inside the fitted sheet and would not stay in bed. I cannot exchange. Hard lesson learned. I won’t purchase again. Will order from A company that lets you return defected items.”

“Very, very soft. Recently put on mattress. I ordered deep pocket, probably should have ordered regular depth. Overall, the few days we slept on them we are happy with the sheets.”

“Order no: 44427 Ordered 1800 thread count but when I received them the label read 100% microfiber plush. I would like to return them as they are not the 1800 thread count cotton as indicated on label and they make me sweat at night whereas I have never done so. Please advise how I can return them. I still have the original packaging. Thank you.”

“The sheets are not soft and are irritating on the skin. I was unable to keep them in my bed. They would not take them back and Lost the funds and had to throw them out. I would never Order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to order from them. Very poor auto we service.”

“Selling microfiber sheets, misleading consumers to believe that “Egyptian Comfort” sheets are made of Egyptian Cotton. There is nothing Egyptian about these sheets; they are made in CHINA! 1800 microfiber thread count is not even comparable to 400 in cotton. Label says made with 100% microfiber plush. You cannot iron them, bleach them, and they have to be dried on low or no heat tumble. Read all 1 star reviews before buying!”

“I ordered three sets of Calif. King Sheets and three extra sets of pillowcases. Opening only the white set, I washed them according to the instructions, eager to re-make my bed with what I thought would be supersoft wonderful high fiber count sheets. Upon taking the sheets out of the dryer and preparing to make the bed I noticed that the bottom sheet had a hole in it with only partial fibers crossing over the hole.! I tried going online, but the site doesn't say I placed any order for sheets. The box did not contain a receipt. The outside of the box had an order number and even that doesn't register. So now it seems I am stuck with these flawed sheets unable to return them. :(”

“As of right now: Poor I do NOT recommend buying sheets from Overstock Sheet Club. I ordered a set of twin sheets and 1 pillow case. However, I received 2 pillowcases, 1 queen sheet, and one full sheet!!! I have tried to contact you via phone, email - twice , and have heard nothing. Hopefully, Overstock Sheet Club will acknowledge their error and make things right. My credit card company is working on the issue. Kathleen”

“I’m taking the time to write you to say how disappointed I am with your product. Let me first say that I thought I was buying a complete sheet set for $20.00, and not just one fitted sheet. When I looked back at the listing on your site, it did in fact state it was for a fitted sheet, but what I assumed was, for the price it was an entire set. My fault in not understanding what I’m purchasing. Second, the quality of this one sheet is no better than any other microfiber sheet I can buy anywhere (at a whole set price of around $25 in my area). So I feel a bit ripped off; especially since the verbiage on the page says: Sheets (plural)…? I guess this is why I thought I was buying a whole set, along with: I find this terribly misleading; this leads me to believe they are Egyptian cotton, which they are nowhere near. And again referencing ‘Sheets’ (plural). I really don’t know how you’ll respond to my feedback – or even if at all. I am certain however, that I’m not the first or last to complain. I will not be purchasing anything further from your business.”

“The description is misleading these are microfiber sheets not 1800 thread count Egyptian cotton hotel sheets. They are soft but super thin and not worth $40 on sale. I could have gotten microfiber sheets that were the same quality for half the price. Will not purchase again. Very very misleading description!!!”

“Wasn't what I was expecting and wanted to return but it cost $30 in restocking fees and return shipping. I think that is high for returning an item. Would have liked to exchange for king size cotton sheets if they had them.”

“The sheets were too thin after washing. Very poor quality for the price. One pillow case was not finished on one side, very bad. I think there should be some parcel refund on the order. It would have been too costly to return them.”
