“Actually I'm glad you asked for this. I actually purchased the wrong sheets. My mattress is from Sleep Number and is not two separate mattresses. So the sheets won't work at all. The material seems lovely and the price was certainly wonderful. But I can't use them. How do I send them back and do you have any sheets that are only split at the head? Sorry I didn't get right back to you, but we've had some medical issues here that I had to deal with first. My negative review has to do with the fact that I cannot use the sheets, but they seem very nice. Jessica Kahn”

“I order sheets from this place and they delivered them via usps to Costco instead of of my personal address. Not sure how they got this address. I don’t work live near the Costco. They refused to call me or answer their phone, all they said they would shipped me another set of sheets for an additional $50 plus shipping. I had to still pay for the sheets I did not receive. Do yourself faver and don’t buy from these people they are a rip off”

“I ordered three sets of sheets pillowcases for a total of 160 something dollars I received an email that my order was being delivered the next day only to look and see if it’s canceled. Can’t get a response from anybody out of the company I will never buy stuff from there again.”

“The bamboo sheets I received Oct 24 2025 where soft but very very thin. I never expected to be able to see through my sheets. I sent two emails to return them Oct 25 and Oct 26. They finally replied on Oct 27 and said they would give me 35% off to keep them. These sheets are so thin and poor quality that I don't want them even for free. I would add a video or picture but I am afraid to open package again. Overstock sheets told me if they are not exactly as they sent them that I may not get refund after paying for shipping. I feel cheated and they spent 3 days responding and then threatened me with 14 day return policy....who has a 14 day return policy. I purchase a lot of products online and I will never purchase from overstock sheets again. This company is not reputable.”

“Customer service is a joke. Bought sheets because I had n my search 100%egyptian cotton sheets king size. Immediately up came this website. Yes I’m not 20 years old anymore BUT I feel like I was mislead by their advertising since it came up as within my parameters. BUT NOW here’s the best part. U cannot return without paying the shipping BACK. PLUS only small discount if u have washed sheets & feel disappointed. I won’t b gotten by this company again. I donated sheets to youth group garage sale”

“Not happy with my purchase because my thermo-bamboo sheets are heating me up and not cooling me off. Unfortunately, the blends are not advertised on the website and the tag on sheet states 35% bamboo and 65% polyester. Polyester may wick away moisture but it also retains heat. Sheet set overpriced for a bamboo/polyester blend. Buyer beware!!!”

“I submitted an inquiry to customer service on 12/4/24. Two hours later I received an email wanting a rating on my customer service. As of today 12/9/24 I am still waiting on customer service to initially contact me. Unacceptable business practise.”

“I ordered the sheets on October 21st thinking they were bamboo sheets. They came in shortly before I left on vacation for 2 weeks so I didn't open them. I finally opened them on 12/4/24 to get them washed and ready for the next sheet change. When checking the washing instructions, I found them to be ONLY 35% bamboo and 65% polyester. Now that they have been removed from the package I cannot return per their return policy. I also found a number of loose threads that I think will unravel after washing. I had just ordered 2 queen sets tonight as my queen Bamboo sheets were old and tattered, and I immediately (2 hours later) cancelled the new order. Hopefully I cancelled in time. The blend really should be listed in specifications. I will probably wash them and try and use them and if they are tolerable, I will update this review.”

“I was so dissapointed after washing these sheets and putting them on the bed. I had my immediate doubts when I could hold the sheet up and basically see through it. So the concept of 1800 thread count was beyond belief. The fit was so poor that I believed I had been sent the wrong size but they were the size I had ordered. Unfortunately, they have designed the return policy so that if the package has been opened then you automatically can't make a return. How would you know until they had been opened and washed prior to putting them on the bed whether or not they fit? Not a company I will do business with again and I will most assuredly let anyone who will listen know about their poor business practices.”

“Bad experience. Thin cheap sheets you can see through. Argumentative defensive support response. They’ll give me 20 dollars back if I pay to ship them back. I took both sets to Goodwill.”
