“I love the feel of the sheets but was disappointed in the sweetness and the elastic around the sheets. I bought 3 and now wish I had bought only one till I knew what they were like.”

“If I could give your company 0 stars I would. This is hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a retailer. I'm not a person that usually does reviews but your company's service is that bad. When I received my box it was split wide open and didn't contain any receipt or invoice of my purchase. Once I got the box open I realized I was sent the wrong color. I emailed immediately so I could exchange or return and the gentleman who helped me never got back to me. That was five days ago. All I asked for was my receipt. I then tried to log on to get my receipt and it wouldn't allow me to login or view my order history. I will never use your company again and will make sure to tell anyone I know looking for sheets to buy locally or stick with Amazon. Horrible!”

“I'm keeping the sheets but want to return the pillowcases. They cost $24.95 out of the total purchase of $64.90. But I read your return policy and it says I'll get a refund minus a set price of 19.99 for shipping. And I'll have to pay shipping to send them back on top of that. My fault...should have read your return policy before I ordered.”

“These sheets are extremely soft however I do find that the binding/elastic on them is not of the highest quality allowing them to slip off the mattress easily. I will not purchase another set because of that factor.”

“Nice texture sheets. The trim on the pillow cases were dated. Old ladyish. I would not purchase unless I took time to see the sheets. I am very disappointed. Pain is best.”

“After purchasing a new CA King mattress I needed Sheets and Pillowcases. The offerings of the Bed Sheet Club completely filled the bill at an acceptable price. Delivery was prompt and I have enjoyed sleeping on the sheets and pillowcases every night since then.”
