“I brought a new style heater valve, but this was not a complete kit as there was no fitting to attach the cable. I contacted P&L to be told that the cable connection was not included. This cost me a further £2-3, which would have been more if I had not made the point that the heater valve was not fit for purpose, as it would not work without the cable connector, and therefore was granted free postage. Not a great experience, so have reverted back to Mini Spares or Mini Sport.”

Hi David Sorry you had problems with your order, it did say on the product page this part was separate, and we gave you free postage has a goodwill gesture, if you would like to return to us in the future we will give you Extra Discount for your troubles
