“Very very poor customer service!!! Staff fib you off with lies. Have not had a tracking number given to me for 3 weeks now!!! They keep saying 2 to 3 days etc etc lies lies lies! Asked for manager to call me they keep saying no manager is around!I am very upset as this was a birthday present. I feel like they may have lost my parcel :(.....”

“Worst service . Not recommended at all. I have my package on 2nd feb 2019 and it was still here in UK till today 19th feb. I was informed that it will reach Pakistan in 10 working days no one has even informed me that my parcel has been delayed due to whatsoever reason .”

“I was told that my cargo items will be picked up in the afternoon between 2-5.I took the afternoon off work and nobody came.i was then sent a text message saying that they were coming the next day.yet again nobody came.i rang them and told that they will find out where the driver is and ring me back.nobody rang me.please don't use this company.”

“This company will Rip you off, my goods worth £700 was never delivered, the said the container got lost on its way to Pakistan . Do not book any goods with this company.”

Dear Ashfaq, can you please state your invoice number, failing to do so will confirm that this is a review left by a competitor to sabotage our reputation. In the history of our business for many years, not a single container has lost.

“My things had got ruined despite the fact that they were packed properly. I have been contacting Pakistan cargo 4u and there customer service is appalling. they do not call you back or try to resolve the issues, they have now kept me waiting for 4 weeks for an answer which they still haven't given, would not recommend there services its disgusting. No customer service skills at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.”
