“Zero service my all precious things in my parcel were missing this is rubbish service who one read this msg please don’t waste your money and time on this service use another way to send your parcel this service is too much bad 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 these people are stolen all precious things and change the parcel this is happened with me I used it first time and of course ever never use again cargo they are bad people”

“10 weeks and my stuff not delivered... And very irresponsible behaviour the guy who talks on the phone... In the beginning I was told my stuff would reach in 4 weeks... And I'm just waiting for my stuff to reach I'll take them to the court after that...”

“I have tried calling pakistan Cargo 4u few times and have been put on hold for minutes before getting disconnected. My attempts at email contact resulted in no resoponses. I just can seem to contact these people!!!!”

“Very Poor Service. They do not collect the parcel when the time they said they will collect. They want you to wait all day so they can come in their own preferred time. Then when you phone them to find out, they disconnect your calls deliberately, absolutely rubbish service. They don't deliver the parcels on time. Everytime you call them to query about the parcel, they do not tell you the truth. Everytime you contact them they tell you different different story. Customer service is very very poor.”

“Id give zero stars if I could. The other reviews must be fake. 2 x collections arranged and on both occasions the ‘driver’ has failed to call me back to arrange the collection and on both occasions i couldn't get through to anyone. Use someone else.”

“absolute disgusting service. Paid for Air Service and I asked if my parcel will be there before Eid and i was told yeah yeah defo it would be. Took my money, called after Eid and plane didn't even leave the UK and was told it would be there Monday or Tuesday, phoned again and was told they never promised me Monday or Tuesday. Promised delivery on the weekend and weekend here is but the parcel is to be found nowhere.”

“Date was agreed. Despite my reminder call driver didn’t contact and then on the day of collection all efforts to get in contact with company failed. Very disappointed. They never replied to email msg .”
