“3 parcels were collected on 23rd of June... but only two delivered and one is still missing, chasing them for the missing parcel.. but they do not know where is it and not responding properly... not sure how are they doing business... better not to use their services as it could be waste of your stuff, time and money.... along with the pain which they don't understand.....”

“Well my parcel hasn’t been delivered Rang and emailed you so many times Was due To Arrive in 6-8 weeks to Karachi You stated , and when I ring or email No reply I’m really disappointed as a very poor family has suffered as a result”

“A set of 4 parcels under 82816 was handed over on 02 August 19 to reach Lahore by 15th Sept 19 but only 2 parcels could reach the recipient whereas promised to deliver the remaining 2 parcels in a weeks time but it did't deliver and the worst part is our flight back to London is in two days- quite disturbing .”

“I have used this company 2 times. Each time I have had issues. They never turn up on the time they say. As a customer you wait the whole day expecting them to turn up. When you call them for an update, they always say they are coming and hours later you are still waiting. In no way do they provide a reliable or efficient service. When I complained about the service I received, I was told that a discount would be given for all the inconvenience. Nothing received. In fact my elderly parents paid whatever they asked and were not even told that they had a discount. I will never be using this company again. Unfortunately not a reliable or honest service.”

“I echo the same sentiments other customers here that these people are bunch of liars. I have used their air cargo service supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks now 4 weeks have passed there is no sign of delivery yet. When you call them they just keep giving you deadlines on deadlines but the parcel doesn't get delivered. Please dont use them and spread the words, they should not be in this business, time wasters, liars, discurtious staff. I wish I could give them negative ratings. Hope they are out of this business soon so other people don't get trapped.”

“Waste of time this company. Sent items 3 months ago. Very poor service they say about 6 to 8 weeks the parcel will deliver now its more then 3 months ago still not received item. Still waiting when i call Keep saying next week. Said will be deliverd by thursday, waited and then they say say another 10 days. They are full of lies.Will not let me talk to the manager or give me detail of warehouse in pakistan or phone number.No manners on how to talk to customers. very poor service I will not recommend them at all KEEP AWAY.”

“I called 3 weeks ago to arrange a date for collection and then rang them twice one day before and they kept saying that they will call me to confirm timing and then on the day of collection I had to call again as I did not get any response and they told me that we live too far away and will not be able to come to us. Pathetic service treating people as if they are working in Pakistan. I don’t have any words to say, I can only advice others not to use their service. I live in Kent on their website they have mentioned that they cover this area!!!!but telling me that I am too far from their place. You need to take Kent out of your website as you do not cover this area!!! There is no consideration of someone else’s time , I have wasted 4 weeks in total , could easily have got someone else !!! Zero rated service. If you do not cover the area then the company could have told me the first day I called!!!!”
