“I a week before I send a air cargo to kpk swabi. First of all they didn’t deliver to address the one I given. They call my brother and give the address that you need come and take your staff from here . The address they given to my brother which is 20 mile far away from my place . So this the first failure for there service .. Secondly I send 2 bags the weight is 45kg both bags . Both bags was locked my self. When they deliver arrived home the lock was broken both . And a lot of things was missing. Which includes a gifts is well. So simply they steal many things from it . I Never used before air cargo but there is something urgent so I use there service. Bad experience Now putting a review here before I call them 3 days in row . But every time the answer from the guy call tomorrow 10 o’clock. Not sort it out yet ..”

“I've used them to send parcels via air and sea and everytime they've got the parcels delivered on time. I've sent various things including furniture and overall the service I've received is very good I've used in the past.”

“It has now been 17 days and the item has still not reached the destination. Air cargo should have taken no more than 14 days. I am not happy with the service and may as well have sent it by shipping , would have been half the price as well. !! I have had to ring myself to find out what is happening. They promised on Thursday last week to call me on Saturday and today is Tuesday. Each time i call, i get a polite gentleman promising to ring me back, not once have i had a call back.”
