“I agree about the booking system being cumbersome and a bit rubbish mentioned by a previous reviewer but once you have your appointment you get a very good service. Not fancy, no real frills but everything you need. I go to Clemence at Trafalgar Square and she is an excellent hair cutter and will listen to what you want and do exactly that or you can leave it to her and she does a great job.”

Thank you for your feedback Sir. We agree Clemence is a great barber. We decided 5 years ago to bring in online booking to PMB. This was ground breaking for barber shops as most do not take bookings. We agree the user experience of the booking system could be better so have spent the last year working on a brand new system that will launch in January. “The haircuts are of a consistently good standard. The staff are always polite and friendly and in particular my usual Barber, Gani from the Fitzrovia branch, always makes me feel welcome. Highly recommended.”
