“I received an item with a manufacturing defect, that was no fault of PSA (it was a Trijicon product). My customer service representative, Tatyana, did a wonderful job of handling the product return. I sent me a return UPS shipping label and explained the process very well. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, being very pleasant and professional.
If I ever have to return an item again, I hope that Tatyana handles the return.
