“I bought breadmaker SD-PN100KXC which has a fault since bread gets stuck in bread pan. I am trying to get a replacement pan and they are being rude and offensive accusing me of not following instructions etc. I have had to explain many times to various people that I have used other breadmakers of their's which I have not had any problems with and I am following their instructions....I don't yet know the outcome of my complaint but I will never use panasonic again and DON'T buy this product!!!”
“I had a very frustrating experience with Panasonic’s online store. I attempted to buy a hairdryer, and when the payment showed as “failed,” I tried again using PayPal. About fifteen minutes later, I received two shipment notifications with two different tracking numbers.
The same evening, I sent two emails requesting to cancel one of the orders. The next morning, I reached out on live chat with an agent named Angel, asking them not to send the duplicate order. Despite being reassured that the cancellation was in progress, I received a tracking number from DPD for the second order. After another chat with Angel, I was told the return was underway, but the following morning, I received another notification that the second package had left their warehouse.
This entire experience was beyond disappointing. The lack of communication, delays, and disorganization are unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Panasonic again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.”
“I recently purchased an item from a retailer
(dab) radio which upon opening & setting up had a fault l contacted the retailer for an exchange but they had no more stock, So l contacted Panasonic online as l purchased items from them before & they were excellent after trying all advice they sent me a full replacement by courier within 3 days & the customer service adviser kept in touch via email everyday until l was satisfied .
