“I had used PAN Card Nri several years ago to get PAN Card for my wife and myself. Unfortunately I had lost their details and exploring on google found websites charging excess amounts. It was by chance, I found the old file and had no hesitation in using Nri again to obtain PAN Cards for my children. Prachi ji made the whole process simple by sending the application forms and a sample application. If I had any queries or needed further guidance, Prach ji responded by return email. This brought confidence in Nri. Once Nri eceived the posted application, it took only about 2 weeks for the PAN Card to be issued from the relevant tax authorities. A member of their team Shobha was most helpful to insure that we received the cards safely by courier. What could be a daunting process for an NRI abroad was made very simple. Also their fees are reasonable and offer value for money. I FULLY RECOMMEND NRI IF YOU NEED THEIR SERVICES”

“I have rarely seen such friendly customer representative in any business in India. But the standards of service that Ms. Prachi Gupta shown, from the time I applied the PAN card to the time I received the card, was genuinely heart-warming. Even In the USA where customer service is given high priority and prominence, I cannot pick one that matched the level of excellence shown by Ms. Prachi Gupta. I believe that Ms. Gupta is an asset to any organization she serves. I and my wife would like to have a cup of tea with her any time we visit Faridabad.”

“Prachi Gupta was very professional through the process, and quick in answering all questions I had when I was applying for PAN card for my husband and myself. After I paid the processing fee online, she sent the application form and instructions promptly. I got the PAN card delivered to my home in Canada in exactly 6 weeks.”

“After receiving an email from my bank in India for getting a PAN Card, I checked some servers on the Internet and sent an email to PanCardNri.com. Their executive, Ms. Prachi Gupta, responded immediately explaining the procedure, the required documents, and fee for all their services. The approval of the documents, guidance for filling the Form, its submission and approval by Tax Dept. were all very promptly done by Ms. Prachi Gupta. She is very efficient in her work.
