We've had two deliveries via panther. The first was excellent. The second the delivery team refused to deliver to the room, despite paying £25 extra for the service. Delivery man said it would take time, so refused. I now have to figure out how to manover the bed up two flights of stairs.
Happy Beds dealt with the issue well and refunded the £25.

Oustanding service from Mr Sean Castleford at depo xenon group went out off his way for me .I was not at home and was ten minutes away and he waited for me and then went out of his way to install it for me even knowing that he is on a timer ...but he stood by the customer outstanding guy ...this guy needs to be in the management side ...not a driver ...
