“Very poor customer service. Misleading on website re 'next day' delivery. This is in fact up to 5 days delivery. Product was very good but experience was tainted by very poor customer service when phoning to discuss 'next day' postage option. I was told that I was wrong, misunderstood basically made to feel stupid. When I asked for the managers name I wasn't given it, was just told to forward complaints onto the person I was speaking to on the phone and they would pass them on however it was them who I wanted to complain about and had no confidence they would pass this information on.”

“We ordered two samples of paper folded envelopes as we are creating our own wedding invitations. We weren't impressed that the folds aren't perfect and when put together, the lines and folds were out. I expected good quality and near perfection when I'm thinking about ordering 100+. We will be going elsewhere.”
