Placed an order an paid for it, never got it. Contaced them through email and twitter but they never replied. Basically took my money and delivered nothing.

The service in paperchase Angel branch below average! The employees hardly care whether you’re happy or not. Never give you solutions or alternative to faulty products and the only reply you’ll hear is ‘no, I’m sorry we can’t help’. I was a regular customer for years but the quality of products and service is so low that it completely put me off this brand!

awful awful service! parcel never arrived. emailed customer service with very little response. seems very common that parcels are never deliveried. will not be using again!!

I purchased £26 worth of items online from Paperchase with 1-day shipping on 19 Dec 2018 and the money was charged to my card that same day. I received an order confirmation email on the 19th and expected my order to arrive before Christmas. By 30 Dec, I still had no package and no shipping update (or 'your order is on hold' update). So on 30 Dec 2018, I politely emailed customer service about my order. No response. I sent a new inquiry on 2 Jan 2019. No response. I emailed again on 5 Jan 2019 requesting a cancellation of my order and expressing my dissatisfaction at the way this was handled. No response. I re-submitted my cancellation request again on 6 Jan 2019. No response. So today (7 Jan 2019) I found the 'Live chat' and re-submitted my request for a refund/order cancellation and explained the circumstances around why I was asking for the order to be cancelled. The representative told me that there had been an error in the system and the warehouse had been unable to see the items in my order. She then told me my order would be sent as soon as possible. I then reiterated that no, I had already purchased the (now late) birthday cards elsewhere and wanted a full refund on my card. She then told me that their system "does not alert them" when this IT error happens, so they have no way of knowing that a customer's order can't be shipped and offered me a £10 online voucher. She never did address the fact that all of my messages and emails asking someone to rectify the situation or check on my order went unanswered. Or that if I hadn't hopped on the live chat, Paperchase would have gone ahead with online order fraud by never sending me my products and never returning my money. This is unacceptable business practice for any shop- especially one as large and corporate as Paperchase. I will no longer be shopping at Paperchase and would highly encourage anyone reading this to shop elsewhere or be prepared to watch your order like a hawk.

Afternoon 3 months of emailing them i finally get my refund back. Or at least part of it. As they insist i paid £10 less than i actually did. They then said they can only refund me the full amount if i screenshot my bank statement with all my bank details on it. How stupid do they think i am? And all this after they sent me the wrong thing to begin with

The courier emailed me to say that my parcel had been delivered. It hadn’t been delivered and didn’t turn up. I contacted Paperchase three times, the last to request a refund for a parcel that was clearly never going to arrive. They ignored my emails when I sent them and have continued to do so. They clearly don’t think it is a problem they should have to deal with. ‘Customer service’ is not a term anyone could apply to Paperchase, I’m not even sure they have anyone working in that department at all. It seems that they feel they are so profitable that they don’t need to concern themselves with customers at all. I have shopped in Paperchase for years, purchasing stationery, gifts, wrapping paper and cards. Probably only £300 to £400 a year, which is a lot to me, but not nearly enough for them it seems. I won’t be spending a single penny with them again.

Made an order for click and collect, courier service told me my items were out for delivery on the Friday to be delivered by 9pm, went on the Saturday and nothing was told just to wait and they would email me. On the Monday the courier again tells me my parcel is out for delivery but when checking the tracking that night it appears the store was closed when they tried too deliver. What company doesn't have a good relationship with the courier so that they deliver in opening hours? Especially when they charge the customer for this service too unlike most stores who offer free click and collect yet they still cant deliver the service they advertise. Have asked for a full refund, first email responded to but didn't reply regarding the refund so have asked yet again.

Don't order if you're from the US. Although it's not clearly communicated, they will ship and charge your card internationally, and will not stand by shipping. My order stopped tracking at customs and their response was tough luck. One month out there's no sign of my order and I just threw money down the drain. Better off ordering from China, at least their sellers care about their reputation and ship cheaply.

i am a regular at Paperchase and have been since they opened their stores here. I buy all my cards, business related cards, wrapping and quirky bits from there. however, I bought to their attention a complaint re a product, a 2018 diary, the same collection i buy every year, the diary, this year, is terrible, now £14, which is an increase on the same one last year, and the pages are so cheap, when you write on a page, it shows through to the following week, really cheap poor quality and not what you would expect from them. I am having to write in pencil so it doesn't go through the page! i gave them a month to sort out my complaint, provided the receipt etc, and have found them to procrastinate and pass the buck. Unfortunately they have lost a good customer in me. as have had over 30 days to sort it.

Ordered 4 items on 19/11/17.Paid through PayPal £32.26. Still not received them on 14/12/17. All emails requesting information ignored.

I have had two personalised Christmas presents go missing at some point before delivery, and cannot get a response via email. Called the Customer Service number and was told they would put a call in to the warehouse to try and locate it and give me a call back. Never received that call. Now permanently on hold whenever I call. So frustrating and disappointing - will never order from them again.

Utterly awful customer service, would give 0 stars if I was able to, taken £100 out of my account for a £30 order due to their website crashing. After sending countless emails and screenshots for proof of the money taken from my account, I have had ONE response that said I would be refunded within 7 days, needless to say I was not and I received no further response after that. I have also not received any of the goods I paid for over 2 weeks ago. What an absolute joke of a company. Have had to open up 3 cases against them with Paypal to get my money back. Word of advice, go somewhere else unless you want to pay 3 times the amount for sweet F A.

Plastic clipboard shattered the first time it was used, breaking into damgerously jagged pieces. Took it back to the shop and was denied a refund because the manageress was out! Dangerous products, zero customer service. Would never go back.

I placed an order 10 days ago, and with my Treat Me card I expected next day delivery. It wasn't delivered. I sent an email to customer services, no one ever replied. I got a number from one of their stores and called the customer services, a week later than the original order was placed. They said they would place a replacement order, again next day delivery. Surprise, surprise, I wasn't even shipped the next day. Called them again, no one answered. Sent another email to customer services, no one answered. After spending about an hour on the phone, trying to contact the head office, finally I managed to get through to someone. They contacted the warehouse, and told me the parcel would be delivered the next day, so an extra day added to my original next day delivery, 10 days so far. This is the latest update I have from them this morning from the delivery company: "Your parcel has NOT arrived with us; we'll let you know as soon as it does and confirm it's on its way to you". I do like their products, but their services are simply appalling. I honestly don't know what to do any more. I have spent more time on the phone trying to track my order than I would have spent going to the store and buying all those items.
