“Great product and great company to buy from. Bath towels have remained soft after two washes and absorb twice as much as cotton. Really excellent product and we will buy more from this company who are efficient and trustworthy. They deserve to thrive.”

“I am a clearpay customer, and I decided to buy bamboo and cotton mix towels at Paragon Bamboo Ltd. I choose three of them. A duck egg, a heather and a teal coloured one. It was saying I can have 10% off if I am a new customer. I tried to use the code. There was no way, that I can pay with using it. When I stopped to use it, I could easily pay. Absolute disappointment. The next one came along, when the parcel have arrived. It was a fast delivery indeed. ...but. The lovely colours were nowhere. I had three towels, which had only that much colour you could differ them from white. If I would known before, I would not order.”

“Nice dressing gown and a nice colour, I'm pleased to have the option of a natural fibre product. Only downsides are it's a bit heavy and the hook hanging loop snapped after a couple of days (probably because it's heavy!)”

“Absolutely amazing! First of all, the packaging is on point. No useless plastic packaging (except for the courier plastic bag) The bedding set is presented in a branded bamboo bag (judged by the feel of the bag, which is similar to the bed sheets). Just loving this!! Secondly, the quality is superior! Luxurious, soft and a cool sensation -perfect for hot sleep like me. I do have other silk products (eye mask, scarf etc.), I can say this bamboo bedding set is smooth as the silks. I sleep like a baby every night now. I am absolutely in love with this bedding set, and going to buy another set. Paragon Bamboo, you have done a great job on bring this high quality yet affordable product to the market! P.S. I suggest asking for a fabric swatches to get a touch on the fabric and colour. ( The bedding set is actually softer and smoother than the swatches 😉)”

“The bamboo fitted sheet I bought was beautifully presented when it arrived, but far more importantly, it's exactly what I hoped it would be. It's uber soft and no more do I wake up with lines on my skin (I'm a bit Princess And the Pea) :-)”

“The towels themselves are very nice and I appreciate that the company makes it possible to make an ethical purchase of this kind. One thing I was not sure about was the use of (apparently) plastic tape on the cardboard box in which the towels were supplied. This runs contrary to the environmental credentials claimed by Paragon. I would like to see an alternative found - unless the tape is not plastic which was not made clear.”

“Love love love our new duvet and bedding. The duvet is just the right weight, not too heavy but you know it's there, and there are no draughty gaps between my husband and me! Bedding has a satin quality to it, lovely and cool when you get into bed, warms up quickly but no overheating or night sweats since its been on. I've not had to throw the duvet off once. If you suffer from night sweats or regulating your temperature in bed I'd highly recommend.”

“Hello - not quite sure how to say this but I am finding handling the bamboo duvets quite difficult! They make a noise like a blackboard duster is being scraped down a school blackboard - almost a squeak. It is a noise that had set my teeth on edge since I was a child. My husband is struggling with his too but not as much. We have tried them for 2 nights in Egyptian cotton covers and both are feeling the same. Any suggestions??”

Dear Jessica, I am sorry that you are experiencing this, it is not something we have heard from any customer in the past 4 years since the company was launched. The only thing I can suggest is that the cotton duvet covers are creating the noise when they move against the bamboo duvets and not the bamboo duvets themselves, the bamboo fabric that makes up the outer of the duvet is extremely soft. If you would like to try bamboo bed linen then we have a 10% discount scheme running at the moment.
