Avoid this company !!! I was expecting a 10.800 kg parcel, but the courier delivered to me only a piece of cardboard that contained only my address and a barcode sticker. I asked the courier where my package was sent to me, they answered that he don’t know and only has this piece of cardboard for me !!! I refused to take it as a package !!! We called so many times and received answers that they would contact us. In the end, we were told to send a list of things in the package to the email. We did everything that they demanded from us but did not receive any answer .. No one ever called us or answered the email, and we still haven’t received an answer

Absolute disaster. Have been waiting for a parcel from Switzerland to be delivered after paying Custom Charges, although payment was taken from my account on Friday their system has not been updated they will not release me parcel. I don't want to pay again so hopefully they will find my payment and deliver my parcel, but I have now been waiting for 2 hours for them to get back in touch with me but have heard nothing.

SELLERS NEVER USE THEM AS YOU WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS. The PFW drivers are the worst in the business - they just don't care at all about completing the delivery to the customer regardless of what you put as additional delivery info in their App. Thank goodness they will be out of business soon as Amazon, DPD, FedEx will just keep taking their business away.

Most likely the worst delivery experience I've ever had in my life!!! I recently ordered some beer online and hoped to enjoy some of it in the weekend. The delivery should have happened on Wednesday and I asked to leave it with a neighbour since I was at work. The parcel came back to the depot that day and no ticket was left anywhere to tell me what happened. Same story the day after so I called the depot to make sure they understood they could leave the parcel to a neighbour. On Friday the parcel (surprise surprise!) went back to the depot again, so I had to collect the parcel myself on Saturday without car (I don't drive unfortunately!) from their depot which is 4 miles away from my place. I want to express a big "thanks" to Mr. driver M Costin who evidently couldn't be bothered to waste his valuable time to find someone in a massive building where there are more than 350 flats for three days in a row!!! Much appreciated mate. Just to let you know, I'm really looking forward to tasting my beer after has been shaken around all the way around Nottingham for all these days. You're welcome to join me for a toast if you want!

Quite frankly I wouldn't give them one star. I recently sold one of my chairs on ebay and they damaged it in transit. I contacted them straight away. It took them 3 weeks to even respond and surprise, surprise - furniture isn't covered by their insurance (a fact that the staff in the depot never bothered to point out to me!) I have emailed a number of times and they can't even be bothered to refund the initial cost of postage or return the item to me! Today, after countless emails and complaints they make the pitiful offer of £25. That only leaves me £175 out of pocket and I still have to arrange collection of the chair myself. Thanks for nothing Parcelforce - your customer service is an absolute joke! My advice to anyone wanting to send anything - use Hermes!

I would say EXTREMELY POOR. 1) They failed to leave a card when there was no one at home to collect, leading to item being returned to sender. 2) When calling customer service & complaints team, they're totally defensive, unhelpful, rude, intimidating and patronising. STAY AWAY FROM PARCELFORCE. IF SENDING ANYTHING FROM OUTSIDE OF UK by tracking, find out if it is Parcelforce who will fulfil delivery, if yes DO NOT USE.

On the 30/09/2016 I have sent a Parcel with a 19th centurian vintage cast iron Singer sewing machine inside it; to my parents in Hungary using Parcelforce's Globalpriority service. I have insured the parcel for a 100 Pounds. It arrived to their address on the morning of 11/10/2016 (almost 12 days later.) The parcel itself had a gaping hole on it; and the sewing machine (that was made out of thick cast iron) was shattered into several small pieces.(Some of the pieces were actually missing.) So I have phoned their customer services; and I was told to register my claim online, because that is only way how I can register my claim. So I have registered my claim online on the 20/10/2016. Soon after my parents recieved a letter with a 4 or 5 page questionaire to be filled out, and sent back to them in 30 days. They had to upload pics showing the condition of the parcel and the shattered machine. A few days after they did all that; I recieved this: The claim has been rejected as the item is an antique over 100 years old. This cannot be claimed with us and you can view this on our exclusion list here and a link. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. So they destroyed completely, a nice old Scottish made Singer worth a 150-200 Pounds. They also destroyed my present to my parents. Before I sent the machine I did inform the Post Office staff member what exactly the content of parcel was. They let me insure an item that was an "antique over 100 years old". Parcelforce also charged me for the delivery and the insurance a total of 78 Pounds. End of Story.

Want to order goods online and then have them delivered to the wrong address? Want to experience awful customer service full of false promises and lies? Then look no further than Parcelforce!! Never before have I experienced such appalling service. My parcel was delivered to the WRONG address and was given to and signed for by someone with a completely different surname to mine?! Have phoned 7 times in the last 3 days to try and locate my parcel and each time have been promised that someone will call back with an update, this has only happened once! After the 5th phone call I was told the address that my parcel was delivered to and asked to 'pop around and see if it's there' - a complete joke! Upon visiting the address it was apparently taken to I was told that no one had delivered a parcel to them (they were a lovely old couple and I don't doubt them for one minute) in fact they told me that the 'Mr Connors" who signed for my parcel was actually someone who lived in the property 2 years ago! It makes me wonder if the delivery driver has just decided to take my parcel for his/her self. 5 days later I'm still currently waiting for a call back and I still don't have my parcel! Parcelforce is an absolute sham of a company!!!
