“I was waiting for a parcel to arrive the next day but the parcel never came even though I was at home waiting. I went to the depot in Camden in the afternoon when I saw in the tracking that my package is in the depot hoping to just pick up my package. I can't thank you enough to Rags who was so kind and accomodating who went beyond and tried to look for my package. Luckily he found it right away. I am so grateful to him for trying for I was already getting stressed and frustrated that day. Thank you so much! I am truly grateful to Rags.”

“I went to the Camden branch, royal college st, just before closing time this evening to post a parcel to USA. Spoke to "Rags" who was very polite & pleasant. Considering the time I went there he was still very professional. He was there late because of this & he gave me advice regarding the delivery process. I cannot fault the customer service with him in this branch.”
