“Went today, I was queuing up in the cafe, I was stood just past the till, waitress told me to move back, so rude, rolling her eyes. I’d had an awful morning bad news at the GP, fight back the tears, feeling humiliated I left. Cried in the car, been a customer for years, at the shop and online, never going back, so upset, so unnecessary.”
“Went with my elderley Mum and found 2 staff very rude. One told my Mum to hurry up and go where she was going as she was basically in his way. Wont be going back there.”
“I have been a customer of yours for several year especially frequenting the coffee shop and for years have encountered poor service and especially poor attitude to customers from one particular member of staff who is the manager in charge of pencils who thinks she is in charge of everything. She needs reminding that customers pay her wages. If you have to employ this person she must not be customer facing as it does your company no good. You have now lost my custom”
“Staff very rude. I’m disabled now and the disables parking spaces are always blocked by equipment or compost bags etc. I brought this to the attention of two male workers there, both were extremely rude. This is not the first time but it is the last. Won’t go again. Ever!!!!”
