“My family canceled our membership a few months ago; per their policy, they will charge you for one more month, and I'm afraid I have to disagree with the charge when you are not getting any services.
We never received an email about our cancellation at all. If you go on the website and go through the process of canceling again, they start counting the cancellation at the time, which extends your due date for the final cancelation date, and they will charge you for another month.
Also, their communication is painfully slow.”
“I have hypothyroid which was low when my first blood work was done so Doctor order lab work 3 months later but before the results came in, my prescription was running out. I had cancelled my membership with Parsley Health so the Doctor refilled my prescription which was lower than my original dosage. Since I already cancelled the membership, Parsley Health said I would have to rejoin to have my prescription changed. The refill was for 9 months so I waited until the prescription ran out this year. The Doctor on Doctor on Demand told me I should go to the ER after looking at my old blood work. I have been sick for a whole year, could not work, went through my savings and have suffered financially. I have the same symptoms now that I had last year when I was really sick and it will take 3 to 4 weeks before the symptoms go away and maybe longer to get my thyroid back on track. Please be very careful with this company and the doctor you choose. Listen to your gut feeling if something does not feel right. I should have known something was up when my health coach was not there anymore.”
“I bought the chocolate protein powder. I tried two different recipes in an effort to find something palatable. It tastes chalky and pretty awful. It may be extremely healthy but it tastes terrible.”
