“I missed the cancelation period as my mom had cancer and died suddenly. They wouldn't issue a refund of $66. I will share my experience with everyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“I paid $49.95 for a one time purchase of dog training for an older dog that had become incontinent I never agreed to any subscriptions and shortly after buying this, I realized my dog was in renal failure, and she passed away in February. it is now the end of March and I received a charge on my credit card for $119 that I never agreed to. you can’t call them, but you can submit a request for an email response of which they told me that I needed to prove that their training didn’t work to be eligible for a refund and that at best they would give me a free month of dog training mind you the dog is deceased, which I felt was the most insensitive response I’ve ever heard. I asked for proof that I agreed to a subscription they could not provide it. They refused to give any kind of refund said that they’d be open to other options but offered nothing. I’m dealing with this from a different direction now just be warned. This is not a company you wanna trust with your credit cards”

I did not find the platform helpful and asked to cancel and a refund before the new month began. They would not give me a refund and now paid 38 dollars for this month. Please read the fine print. you can find everything they offer just from a Google search it is definitely not worth $38 a month do not sign up.”

“The material provided was clear with lots of hints and tips. However, I believed I was paying a one off introductory fee of £19.99. On reviewing my account I saw actually this was an introductory subscription and that each and every month nearly £40 was charged. I was lax in reviewing my accounts and so £100 was taken. On contacting the company I was told in the contract it says it’s a subscription service but they gave a discretionary 19.99 back. This is more than the fee to hire a personal dog trainer. So, as long as you know it’s a subscription service and that it will cost that sum each and every month as long as you are a member then happy days. The course itself I liked, the subscription I didn’t.”

“I only signed up for the basic course, now I have been charged $82.96 AUD for Premium. No notification they were going to charge me. Very ordinary basic course, that is why I wouldn't have signed up for anymore. Total scam. Less than 1 star.”

“Its basically like stealing.. They are not clear at the time of enrollment that you will be charged DOUBLE after your initial plan runs past its introductury period (which you paid for anyway)... Then, they hide behind an email and the find print... Congrats to them for finding a way to stick it to their customers.”

“This app is amazing. Everyone thought it was impossible to teach my dog not to attack or bite, but they were wrong! With patience and the right guidance, I was able to teach her to stay calm and it made a huge difference. It was a tough road, but it was worth it. Thanks again for your help!”
