“Our cat had a relapse on peeing on the couch for the first time in 8 years and I was running low of the older product (urine off) that we had always used but was never 100% happy with lingering smells (completely replaced couch previously and continued using other product for kitty litter cleaning). Petlab popped up when I was searching for waterproof/absorbent blankets to protect the couch while we got on top of things so i decided to try the cleaner aswell as blanket. The cleaber has far exceeded our expectations! There is no lingering smell as described in testimonials and by its creators. There us hope that we don't have to replace the couch! Its super easy to use and we found the best results when used in conjunction with a water vaccume after following intial instructions. Have just subscribed for a 5L every 6 months to keep on hand.”

“Over the last 7years tried various products and remides,and none of them solved the problem of my artificial grass giving of strong urine fumes caused by my 2dogs .But PetLab seems to have solved it ,can sit in our garden ,invite friends for a drink in our Alfresco and not worry about horrible urine fumes . What can I say Great Product. James Cook.”

“This product is awesome. I have a cat that poohs and pees on the floorbloards. She has stained the floorboards in a couple of places. I have been treating the stains with PetLab stain remover and slowly but surely the stain in going away. A few weeks ago, my almost full bottle of stain remover fell on the floor and the spray nozzle came lose - half of the 'magic liquid ' spilled on the floor, (not on a stained area 😏). I emailed PetLab and they sent me not only a replacement bottle full of 'magic liquid' but also the smell remover. I couldn't believe it. I have NEVER had such amazing Customer Service. Alot of other companies can learn a thing or two from PetLab about Customer Service. I have since recommended PetLab to as many people as i can. This company needs a gold stars for their customer service and procuct.”

“I purchased the Urine Stain & Odour Remover & Healthy Habitat Disinfectant starter pack to get more value for my money. Diluting 50mls in water in a spray bottle will probably give me 5 litres of product, which doesn't last too long after using to clean up after puppies! I've used them on my rugs whenever my two puppies have little accidents in between toilet training. The products have removed the urine smell. However, I would like to have a less stronger "fragrance" of the Urine Stain & Odour Remover as I find the fragrance a little too strong, even after diluting & airing. Otherwise, happy to continue to use the products.”

“My cat Ares pisses on everything - he's been neutered/feliway'd the whole nine yards. Petlab's urine remover is a godsend, it neutralises the smell and comes in bulk quantities which means I have spray bottles set up throughout the house ready to clean up after his marking. I can't recommend the product enough, and the fact its an Aussie business just makes it even better. Highly recommend giving it a go :)”

“Very impressive Odour remover! It smells lovely and alot goes along way. I've sprayed tows bedding and used for potty accidents. Simply wipe the mess spray and leave in. Wipe if needed.”
