“I recently ordered Pawlab’s enzyme concentrate and had some issues with delivery on the AusPost end. The Pawlab team were absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. A few days after I initially reached out about the missing package, they followed up with me, and then, without me needing to prompt them, arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I also received a phone call from someone from the team just checking in, which I really appreciated. As it turned out, both bottles ended up arriving on the same day, and the Pawlab team were so lovely and understanding about the whole situation. Really awesome customer service, and they definitely have ongoing business from me. Thank you to the Pawlab team.”

“I love all of PetLab’s products. The grubby paws mat is a game changer, and the grubby paw throw has saved my new couch twice since getting it. The artificial turf and outdoor cleaner has taken away the stink! Thanks PetLab!”

“I am a dog foster carer and often take on very small puppies. They are not great at toilet training right away. Petlab cleaner is absolutely brilliant, I use it on my floors all the time and my house never smells, even if there is lots of accidents. The pic is my dog and my recent foster puppies.”

“My puppy was on a one ingredient kibble diet (salmon). So her wee and poo smelt super strong! This odour remover took away the smell from hardwood floor immediately and just with one use. Make sure you let it soak for at least 15 minutes, tho.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We tried PetLab for the strong dog urine smell in our artificial grass and I honestly didn’t expect it to work as well as it did! With dogs constantly using the same spot, especially in warm weather, the smell had become really noticeable no matter how much we hosed it down. After using PetLab as directed, the odour was gone almost immediately. Not just masked — actually neutralised. Even a few days later, there was still no lingering smell. It’s made such a difference to our backyard, and we can finally sit outside without that unpleasant ammonia scent. Super easy to use, and we’ll definitely keep this on hand as part of our regular lawn maintenance. Highly recommend for anyone with artificial turf and dogs!”

“I recently bought a grubby paws mat and a blanket for my 2 new cavoodles… they race through the dog door so fast that the towels that i had in place both sides flew everywhere. The mat does not move … and they just love lying on the blanket on the couch next to me. Great products… so i am going to try the carprt cleaner next . Thanks pet-lab.”

“Since discovering Pet Lab our home has never smelt better. I cannot recommend their products highly enough. The Laundry liquid is great for washing pet bedding with no doggie smell left at all. All the products are easy to use, smell great and very economical as they last along time. I feel very safe using all the products as they are non toxic and leave the house smelling beautiful. My daughter now loves these products for her 2 dogs too. Great small business that deserves praise for all their very useful products. Well done Pet Lab and 10/10 from my family and I.”

“I love your e.n.zyne solution stain & odour solution. I love the smell, I put some in my water when I wash my floors, but it's mainly used when my cat misses his kitty litter & it goes onto the tiles. It's great stuff.”
