“I think it's just average..just a normal spray no smell to it at all..and my dog wees anywhere even when I spray it on the carpet..but he usually wees on his puppy pads anyway”

“Outdoor mat, the mat is not weighty enough and moves around on the deck in the wind. It needs to be heavier, it actually becomes dangerous as it slips. This is the only Petlab product that I have not been happy with .🙄”

“I’ve used the products on every surface. I think my favourite is the carpet cleaner, because it smells clean for more than a minute. It definitely hasn’t deterred weeing in those areas though which I would have loved!”

“I purchased the E.N zyme solution and stain and odour remover , it has not gotten the odour of cat urine off my lounge and it has not deterred my cat from weeing on my other lounge , so I am a bit disappointed with it.”

“I am happy with the cleaners and deoderisers. I am not happy that I order carpet shampoo and asked where would i buy the single or twin tanks referred to in the instructions. I have not received a real reply only a suggestion that indicates that I may mean a machine of some kind. This was certainly not indicated in the rndown on the product. Please advise.”

“The carpet cleaning product is truly really good but it does work as well as any other pet cleaning product. The enzyme cleaner is where I was left disappointed, it truly did nothing for me at all. It smells nice but unfortunately doesn’t work too well for me.”

“Laundry liquid, though it was good. Unfortunately it did make my dog have an allergic reaction which I was forced to stop using it. But it did work, didn’t really leave a smell but got rid of the dog smell.”

“I’m still having problems with my male dog peeing on the same spots even though I have cleaned and sprayed with pet lab, I don’t want to give up yet on this product, so at the moment I am in two minds about the product. Thanks Lisa”

“Not 100% convinced yet. Read all the reviews and thought it would be great. Dog still peeing in same spots. Only that I have had time off and am being more vigilant with taking dog outside.”

“Hi I don't know if I'm using the stain and odour remove right I washed my mats then sprayed them But a couple of days later my pup went and weed on them again I have only given 3 stars at the moment Till I find out about it I want to buy the laundry one Thank you Margaret Downie”

“My old dog was incontinent. I had the carpets professionally cleaned and deodorised which helped a little but the smell was still there (I can't smell it but others can. I used one bottle PetLab and have ordered two more so at the moment it is still a work in process which I hope will work”

“I found this product the best I've used to date. I need to do it a couple more times if it all comes out I would give it 5 stars. It certainly looks a lot better but I only bought 1ltre to try so I probably need a two ltre bottle to get it all out. It's been a couple of weeks since I used 1ltre on my dogs urine stains some look better the rest is still there first it seems to fade then given some time they just come back up like when your carpet is steam cleaned! I have already done them three times. I bought the $80 two pack as they said you may have to do it 4-5 times before It's gone so I will give it a couple more go's and keep my fingers crossed. If that doesn't work I'll be asking for my money back as they promise 45 days I'm also happy to take photos. Unfortunately after using the product for the 6th time it looks good then about a week later the stains come back up, not as bad but their still not gone! After spending so much money I would like a refund as the product didn't work the way it was marketed. Regards Christine Folkes”
