“My order was incomplete I ordered 3 mats only 2 were delivered I received great service on the phone re the delivery am expecting my 3rd mat today OT tomorrow”

“I have a small dog that continues to use the same spot on my carpet to wee all the time. I used the urine spray on it but I think the urine has gotten into the pile itself. Your product didn’t work in getting rid of the smell so I was a little disappointed.”

“Unfortunately the products didn’t work for my cat and dog. They continued to pee in the same spots and it didn’t remove the odour from the carpet. I’m sure many people have had success with your product and it was worth a try”

“We went through the first bottle of artificial grass odour remover,it worked a little bit?still smelly and we only have one small dog. Willing to give it another go to see if it is just built up smell.”

“My sister in law told us to get your products. My cat is still poo and wee on carpets. I have soaked area with water, used both bottles to spray, followed the directions. Nearly out of product just after a few weeks. I can’t get the smell out still. I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong. Or how to stop my cat. Frustrating”

“I'm sorry, the spray smells good and is great for cleaning, but does not deter my dog from peeing and defaecating where he wants.....even after washing with disinfectant s, and your product.... Such a shame.”

“We don’t believe the product worked as well as we thought. Other reviews say it is amazing which is why we tried the product however for us, it wasn’t. Also, You will need to use a lot of solution to cover a decent size area.”
