“I thought it would get rid of the all dog hair of clothes it removed some but not all & I like the fresh scent & it's all natural no nasties can even used for my laundry needs not just the dog bed and toys etc”

“My partner and I run a Doggy Day Care business, where toileting accidents happen from time to time. In the past, it's been a real headache to clean up these accidents, since the stink from both dog pee and poo requires a bit of elbow grease to eliminate. But now? We use PetLab's Urine Stain and Odour Remover, which eliminates the stink of pee and poo with a couple of squirts. My only gripe? The product takes quite a while to do its job. This means you've got to leave a stained surface wet for quite a while to see the results you expect. If PetLab could fix the time it takes to dry, then they'd have the perfect product for pet toileting accidents.”

“The concentrated urine enzyme product does work and my house smells way better. It does not stop dogs from marking/weeing in the house though. The disinfectant I wish I had passed on as it's no better than spray and wipe type products. I note it's a small family business however any emails replied using AI. Also if you buy anything the smam emails to your in box are PHENOMENAL”

“My puppy loved her bed. But I wish the bed cover would come with water proof linings so instead of taking it all apart for washing every time she has an accident we can just wash the cover.”

“Ordered two "high absorption" door mats from Petlab. Service was great and mats arrived promptly, overall good customer experience. The only issue i find with the mats is that they are quite light and get blown in the wind easly. Backing should be a bit thicker and heavier IMO”

“We purchased the spray bottle of Pet Lab and it has been fantastic. We sprayed our greyhound's beds and lounge carpet with the spray and let it dry. It has a lovely scent and is not offensive to the dog. It takes away the "doggie" smell and we are very happy with the product.”

“I love your floor cleaner/deodoriser works very well. The air fresh is also good, the carpet cleaner didn’t work on my carpets in carpet cleaner for wet dog smell, it only masked it for a day then the smell returned before I let the dogs back in the house.”

“It’s smells nice and masks any smell for a while. Has not stopped the pets re-soiling however: The artificial grass enzyme cleaner and disinfectant work well to remove smells”

“Fantastic product, I have tried so many out there and the enzyme breaker truly was the one. Noticeable difference in deep carpet, smell practically gone. My old pooch is still insisting on weeing so I will try the new habit. 4 stars because it’s a bit expensive!”
