“Treated our large space of backyard artificial grass with the 2L hose on enzymatic turf cleaner one day then the 2L deodorising solution the next day. The 2 L bottles of hose on concentrate were great and were sufficient for the approximately 300sqm of our backyard. Our yard has been smelling quite bad as we have had minimal rain for months and have 2 large dogs continually in the area. I have tried another product in the past but it was expensive and not a convenient hose on product. It didn't really work. Thankfully we eventually had a couple of days of significant rain to help wash the grass a bit cleaner so I took the chance to spray the yard. The turf is old and flattened so am unable to rake it to allow better penetration of the product. Both products spray on fairly quickly and smell nice. The turf has been odour free for several days but I think there is still now some minor residual odour returning. This is most likely due to us trying to treat turf that has been down for many years, with many years of dogs peeing on it! Plus being unable to rack up the grass doesn't allow full penetration. While I like the product it is very expensive to use on a large area as often as the company recommends. Having a lower subscription price and discount offers helps a bit. I will continue to use it occasionally over summer only to keep the cost down. It does work, smells good and hose on 2L packages are excellent for large areas.”

“Really good product. First cleaner we have found that doesn't just mask the smell. We use on our fake grass on the balcony. I just spray on each morning and we rinse away every couple of days and bleach once per week and it all seems to work well.”

“It's a good product does what it says it will do. On my second pack. You do need to check that it does not remove colour from carpet. Has a nice perfume, fresh and clean. I never recommend anything, try for yourself.”

“Bought the outdoor turf kit, the 2 step system is super easy to use. I am having to use it every week at the moment I guess due to the hot weather and having 2 pups however hopefully in the cooler months it will be less often. I wish they had a sprinkler attachment that would be epic haha”

“Only just started but what a life changer for me with a dog that suffers from incontinence. My house no longer smells like a kennel. I'm also using the turf cleaning products, still working on how often I should do it as in this heat in Qld it only seems to mask the odour for a week or so but still perservering.”

“Can only review the mat which until winter will not be 100% sure will work but when it has rained it has helped! Not received the yard spray yet so my review is just fingers crossed it works we have a small garden area and the dog and cat sometime have smelly pee.”

“We have a wooden deck on top of a cement slab. Our Lab keeps toileting on there and the smell of pee is horrible when it gets hot. PetLab definitely helps with the smell (my deck now smells like candy) but sadly it hasn’t helped to deter my Lab from using it as a toileting space. However we are going to continue to work with her and love that PetLab has helped with the horrible smell!”

“So far so good. I have had to reapply the stain and odour solution to a spot on our lounge but other than that the solution has been successful. It hasn't discolouredvthe fabric which is a plus!”

“Absolutely love Pet Lab Products!! The washing liquid is the best for pet bedding, the enzyme spray is brilliant for cleaning up accidents & the eco spray is truly the best thingn the market for pet dander smell in the house. The only feedback I have is the eco spray nozzle leaks every time I use it so I feel it needs a different design but it is a new product and the product itself works so well”

“I’ve 3, 10 year old Jack Russell crosses that when one marks their territory they all have to. I have tried so many products and combinations of things to get smells out and stop it reoccurring but nothing has worked. Was willing to try anything, definitely skeptical, now totally converted and about to place another order. Smells great, gets rid of odours, does what it says….what more could you want. If you’re in the fence about it just order it and see how you go, honestly you’ll be surprised.”
