“I do like the product didn't work as well as i thought as puppy did go back a few times but does make the house smell so much more I will keep using it and will purchase more .it is so much better than any other brands I've used good work pet lab for making a safe product for us to use”

“A new puppy and lots of accidents means I have been really chewing through this stuff! It has a really lovely smell very natural, I have also been able to use it on wood floors, soft furnishings and even on the limestone outside without bleaching/staining the area. Best of all Doggo doesn’t seem to go back to those sprayed areas!! I purchased the 300ml concentrate which mix with water , absolutely perfect and the most economical”

“I love the products of Petlab, they do the job and smell fresh. I would rate the company 5 stars because of the excellent products however I believe they send a few too many promotional emails (sometimes I feel like it’s daily). Otherwise would recommend.”

“It's a solid product and seems to do well overall. I would feedback that the odour product can leave a smell -stronger- than the original smell sometimes, that isn't too pleasant.”

“We have used the outdoor spray on imitation grass and pavers once last week 22/11/23. We don’t seem to be getting the very strong odour pre use and will re spray again . 8/12/23 Have Re sprayed and find that the smell of urine has gone. Will have to get another bottle.”

“Tried these products for the first time, and their delivery was very prompt. I've purchased the habitat and enzyme concentrate for the best value. Since using them I've found the scent to be very pleasant. The enzyme treatment has not fully resolved the pee issue on one matt but it may be the user, not the product. I rinsed the area and then applied the enzyme. I may not have used enough. My puppy is only 9 weeks old. I also purchased two spray bottles one of which broke after the second use, rather expensive for the quality unless it was faulty. I'm looking to get an exchange.”

“1st time user and Petlab seems to work at least as well as major competitors, but has a better fragrance. Only gave it a 4 because the spray nozzle on the bottom did not work well.”

“Fantastic product. Had a really bad smell in the loungeroom from a male dog who was peeing on the curtains and the carpet below. This product has made being in that room much more tolerable now. Have applied twice significantly reduced smell but hasn’t fully taken it away. Also stain has lightened but also hasn’t fully gone away. Going to follow up with further applications and see if that works better. Really happy with the product would order again; although very disappointed with shipping took over 13 days to arrive.”
