“What's not to love? Safe cleaning products that don't irritate any of our human or furry household occupants. Delightful fragrances that LAST and do the job they're supposed to. Seriously love the river mint freshener and the carpet cleaning solution is really long lasting. My bedroom still smells fresh after 2weeks, even with 3 pups sleeping in there every night. Australian business that regularly support animal shelters, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Very happy customer!”

“Ordered two "high absorption" door mats from Petlab. Service was great and mats arrived promptly, overall good customer experience. The only issue i find with the mats is that they are quite light and get blown in the wind easly. Backing should be a bit thicker and heavier IMO”

“Pet lab product solved my problem in our new house, where the backyard was Astro turf and during the day you were unable to outside due to the smell. After using there combo pack the smell has gone away with no damage to the Astro turf”

“Good service, quick delivery. The blanket i brought has worked well for my 12yo Daly, who sometimes forgets to wake up to pee during the night, it covers her whole bed with no leakage, i brought a second so shes never without it, thankyou”

“Petlab products are fantastic! I was sceptical at first, but they proved me wrong. We have used the ecowash for our dog beds, the room sprays and the enzyme spray for our new puppy. The wash is soooo good. Their beds came out smelling so fresh, and up until now I could not achieve this with a normal washing liquid and fabric softener. The room sprays smell divine and the enzyme spray has worked wonders with our pup. Their customer service was also fantastic when i ordered something by accident. They were in touch the same day and a refund was sorted - no hassles at all. I would highly recommend Petlab to anyone.”

“I have in the past few years started a breeding program and it’s always a struggle to find a product which actually does the job, but is also safe for the pups and adult dogs. Being referred to Petlabs by a family member, has been an absolute blessing! “Finally found product that does what it claims! Recommended door mat to my daughter for her poodle that was dragging in heaps of dirt to new house. She was so pleased with how great it was that I purchased one for my front door. Love the look and great for my dog and visitors. Very well made product. I have recently moved to newly renovated apartment with new carpet. My chihuahua has past habit of weeing on carpet so purchased the Enzyne urine & odour remover and Healthy Habitat Disinfectant plus eco air spray. Following first wee accident the other day got straight onto it with products.. so easy to use, no residual marks or odour at all. Very impressed and highly recommend. Gave mine to my daughter for her home and purchasing more plus the artificial grass cleaner. Also love that it’s non toxic Thanks Photo attached just showing clean carpet.. no mark or smell left at all”

“I was amazed at how well the PetLab Turf cleaning product worked on my concrete in my puppies’ area! Unbelievable ! As well as the green turf I use for toileting area. The concrete went from brown back to its original grey straight away! I’ve never used it before and realise I’ve been missing out big time!! Will certainly keep buying it”

“We use several PetLab products and are very impressed with them. The urine stain and odour remover and the carpet shampoo work really well and are regularly repurchased. The muddy paws mat is also excellent for trapping mud before it comes into the house and the odour eliminating air spray is great. We have bought 2 of the scents, lemongrass and River Mint, and love them both. Our latest purchase was the seasonsmart memory foam dog bed bought for our 13 year old dog who has arthritis. She absolutely loves it, she used to sleep on my son's bed at night but now she prefers to sleep in her new bed instead. We love the quality of the products, all our dealings with PetLab have been very positive and Australian made and owned makes it even more special.”

“The spray to help get rid of the catbox smell works really well a nice minty smell my cats are really on the nose more so than any other cat I have ever had so I am really happy it works so well will definitely keep buying this product I was a bit hesitant to start with but I am glad I went ahead the bottle lasts for a long time so well worth the money”
