“We have two puppies 🐶 and artificial grass. Using PetLab has made a huge difference in minimising the smell. We also use the laundry solution for their beds and blankets and it is phenomenal.”

“i accidently bought the wrong product out of my cart as it was same price within an hour i text hoping to swap to the product i really wanted a reply came that i was in a que and eventually someone would get back to me. the next I heard that day that the product i didnt want was beig sent in the mean time no word .i contacted paypal and rxplained it all to them and they gave me a refund. endless emails from your company telling me its been shipped but NO help what so ever I just wanted to swap products now I get an email3 days later that i can send it back when it arrives for a refund No i will not take it when it comes. simple solution turned into a nightmare”

Hi Debbie, Thank you for your feedback, Unfortunately the dispatch process is automated and as a business we strive to give our customers next day dispatch to ensure quickest delivery. Our customer care team work tirelessly to get back to our high volume of enquiries at the quickest pace, however we do ask for a 24-48 hr leniency which unfortunately can sometimes miss the time frame to amend or alter orders processed.

“I'll continue to be an ongoing customer because quite simply the products actually work and the customer service is excellent. There's always a risk buying online, always wondering is it just marketing hype or does it actually work......and that's what determines a one time client or a return customer. The products smell amazing, work quickly and so easy to use. Highly recommend the PetLab products.”

“As a dog owner I use fake grass dog toilets in my small yard. Previous to finding PetLab I used to fuss about with detergent, vinegar, bicarbonate soda trying to clean and remove stench. None of it worked well. PetLab was the game changer for me and I would now be lost without it. It simply does the job perfectly. I gave some to a friend this week for a carpet accident - her text back " that stuff is amazing!"”

“This product is perfect for the small area of artificial lawn we have with our 2 dogs. We use the disinfectant then the deodoriser once a week and it works really well. If we have several really hot days in a row we sometimes have to reapply in just under a week but most times we don't have this problem. It leaves a nice vanilla smell 👍”

“Excellent customer service! The purchased product was packed and sent almost immediately. I also had a query about a product. I left a message on the answering machine and it was answered very promptly with efficiency and courtesy. I purchased a Grubby Paw Mat. It was so good, I bought another one!”
