“Super happy with the mat. Very absorbent for the wet and our dog knows it's his mat. I am looking forward to ordering a larger one for our front entrance, especially with all of the rain we're having at the moment.”

“Absolutely removes odour. No stain or maks left like other cleaners. I used a store bought one with oils and it didnt deter the pets. Wouldnt recommend using this on some couch materials because the moisture from utine still left a stain. But excellent on floors &, carpets. Love that there is no rinsing required.”

“The ENZYME solution stain and odour remover spray delivers its promises. My house smells clean and fresh and my puppy in training never wees where I have cleaned. I am confident this product has accelerated the toilet training process. It’s good to have on hand because accidents do happen.”

“The Stain and Odour and Healthy Habit helps with removal messes and smells. With two Cavaliers indoors (11 year old and 5 month old) I worry about dog smells in my house. Puppy messes cleaned up with the 2 solutions have kept my house smelling fresh. The laundry liquid helps remove doggy smells.”

“My courtyard has always been a bit stinky from my 2 little dachshunds doing their business. I tried everything, vinegar, eucalyptus, other enzyme removers. Nothing was a good fix. Until I discovered PetLab! Now the stinky business is gone so easily! And PetLab were so helpful online recommending what product to use on my outdoor tiles to get the best effect! Thank you PetLab”

“I've tried the pet odour and stain remover, the carpet shampoo, and healthy habitat. The best product to me is the odour and stain remover. Though it takes many many goes to get rid of the smell once it's set inside carpet and wooden furniture, it really works to remove smells completely once you get every inch treated.”

“I was sceptical about this product. I sprayed this on the aprtment balcony (20 sq metres) as the dogs occassionally will not use the potty plant grass and have an accident on the concrete tiles. The neighbours below were complaining about the smell so I reasearched and found this product. It has worked a treat - the tiles look cleaner and the smell is fresh. i plan to repeat every few weeks and hopefully the problem is solved.”

“I have found my PetLab product to be excellent and it definitely helps with my puppy’s accidents on both the hard floors and carpet. I can recommend this product. It is a bit pricey and I have to see how long it lasts before needing to reorder. But it does work.”

“So far so good. I purchased the laundry liquid and the urine remover. The laundry liquid is easy to use and really freshens up the dogs bedding. Our puppy had an accident right on our bed which soaked in and smelt horrendous, the urine remover spray got it out and it smells amazing now!”

“These products are amazing! We have used the urine remover and healthy habitat and they both work amazingly, they absolutely remover the urine smell but both have a pleasant scent that is fresh! I am keen to try the carpet cleaner next for a whole house clean but those 2 products are on constant rotation in our cleaning schedule and have made a huge difference!”

“Have been using stain and odour remover for couple of weeks and very happy with results. Finally able to clean up wetting accidents and leaving a nice smell. Cats are not returning to spots no more stepping in a surprise thank you. Also good idea having clear panel on side of container to see level of contents. Well done”

“I have recently purchased The Petlab 5lt Urine Stain & Odour Remover. I have tried ever off the shelf product and home made remedy I could get with little to no long term good. After talking to the staff at PetLab they advised me to try their Stain & Odour Remover, which I have and after following their instructions I haven't had any pee to clean up on any of the treated areas in the last four weeks. As a result I will be purchasing their laundry detergent to hopefully complete the circle. I have found no other products that work as well as Pet Lab do, and would have no problems recommending there products to family and friends.Thanks Noel”
