“Didn't work for us. Bought a house that was built 5 years ago. They had artificial grass installed 2 years ago. When we moved in we noticed a distinct smell of urine when the grass was hot or wet. Researched how to get rid of it and saw this had rave reviews so we decided to just splash out and try it as our first attempt rather than trying cheaper methods. We have applied it 3 times now and have ran out of the product. Our grass is 4x6m and it used 2 1litre spray bottles per attempt per solution. It smells ok after application but the next day back to the smell of urine. I emailed to ask for advice before we tried our last attempt as knew we were running out of product, with a detailed description of how we had tried each attempt ... got a generic response saying have we used both solutions etc etc (I clearly stated I had been). Eventually was offered to speak to an "expert" over the phone about it... I told them the hours in which I could be contacted. A Week later I got a phone call bang in the middle of the times I couldn't be contacted (at work) . Tried ringing back later and no response. I gave it another month to see if it made any difference and applied our last of the solution last week. It made no difference. Couldn't be bothered with trying to return it as you have to send the stuff back and we bought the package with the spray bottle. Not worth the hassle trying to ship it back from WA so decided to just take the 100 dollar hit and try something else now. I don't recomend this for anyone that is in a similar situation to us.”

“This product is a life saver. Since it's been raining for almost a month now, everytime our pet goes out n comes in there's the wet dog smell. With this product our tiled floors and rugs smell beautiful. We're very happy with this and will buy again asap.”

“Great product.. alot more uses than just dog urine.. I even use it once I've cleaned out my bird cages .. I've used it on my young sons mattress.. very happy with product ..it really works”

“12 months ago in the middle of the night I mistook a urine training spray for urine removal spray and liberally sprayed my entire brand new bedroom carpet with something that can only be compared to deer urine. The stench was appalling and even after spending hundreds on urine remover and carpet cleaner the smell lingered. I was about to remove my new carpet and replace it when I came across this product. This has been the only thing to remove the stench of deer urine from my carpet. It didn't even take a lot of work or product! I now use it to spray all of my carpets each week to freshen them up. The scent is not overpowering despite my many allergies and leaves a pleasant fresh fragrance behind. Highly recommend. Definitely worth spending a little more and waiting for it in the post, instead of grabbing an inferior product at the local shop.”

“I have a small male dog that started peeing on the spotted gum floor because it rained consistently for 3 days and he couldn’t go for a walk. (I think that was my punishment). The urine if not wiped up straight away leaves a black stain. Pet Lab’s enzyme formula takes away that ammonia smell too.”

“I love your stain and odour romover , i vacuum my carpet and filled my bissell shampooer with water and add your stainremover fuid to my shampooer .It bought my carpet up beautifully and left a beautiful vanilla smell .I got onto Petlab and ordered a large bottle , ill use nothing else , mai carpet came up like new , so hsppy with my result .Thanku fo coming up with something that really works .Reguards Beryl Elliott.🥰”
