“Paws of padstow have permanently closed without warning customers. Taken our subscription payment for the dog food which we have not received, absolutely appalling behaviour and very unprofessional.”
“Awful service, £70 worth of dog food left of front doorstep all day- photo proof provided from delivery website- showing there delivery company have not left the parcel in a safe place. Offered 25% off next order - left with no dog food…Be aware delivery drivers fail to leave parcel in a safe place or with either neighbour….. & Paws Padstow…. Just give a discount on your next order for the same to possibly happen again… disgusted… customer service very poor”
“I have not yet received my order after waiting a week, I’m on a subscription with paws in padstow I’ve emailed twice now , no food & now I’m going to have to pay for another bag so my dogs can eat!!!!!!!”
Hi Julie,
We have already responded to your support tickets and have raised your concerns with your chosen carrier but your order is not currently late. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
“I have to sad I’ve got very disappointed with this order. I can’t tell if the original brand of dog food is really out of stock since it is still available on your website. You sent me another brand of dog food without my consent anyway. Changing puppy’s food is not a good thing for my little one. So I cancel my subscription with Paws in Padstow. Very bad experience, will never order here anymore”
Hi Teresa,
Your separate email to us concerning this matter was a response to an email we sent to you in advance of dispatching your order to advise that the exact same food you ordered would be sent to you in a non-branded bag due to manufacturing issues. It would have been far easier for us to have said it was not available but we do appreciate that this can cause issues for customers and we were trying to help you avoid having to change your dog's diet unnecessarily. Despite reaching out to you further, we still await your response.
Kind regards,
Mike Attwood
