“Little bit disappointed so far, I received a collar for my dog which I had measured and ordered using the sizing guide on the website. When I received it, it was far too big so I was looking to exchange.
However, I’ve paid £3.99 for the delivery of the first one, another £3.99 for the delivery of the second one and I also have to pay postage to send the wrong one back so I’ve almost spent as much money on postage as I have on the collar itself!”

We have carried out an audit on all the collar sizes for the brand you had bought and found our sizing remains to be correct. It is unfortunate that the manufacturer does not make them in overlapping sizes which may alleviate issues like this.
“Paws in padstow were great despatched my item promptly BUT I’ve not received my purchase paws answered my query second attempted Email saying they would chase it up I’ve not heard anything or received my purchase. It maybe isn’t their fault but the carriers but overall not good enough. Hopefully I’ll get my purchase sooner rather than later”
