After I, as a sole proprietor with a single cash register, paid over €3,000 in cash register fees within three years, I had to pay another €16.20 to regain access to my own data. Because I allegedly forgot to delete my credit card details (which counts as termination), another €26.28 was deducted.
This company fleeces you wherever it can and charges more than three times as much as competitors without any additional services. They raise prices as they want and then charge again for your own data, which is still included with others even after termination.
This is even tax-related for 7 years, but Paymash is not interested in that.
On top of that, there are transaction fees from francs to euros. NEVER AGAIN!”
