“I think there should be improvement made on packaging as it comes in cardboard it's not protected from getting moisture in. So as soon as I set them on the shelf in my home the gum lost it's crispy coating as it absorbed the moisture from the air.”

“Trying to wean myself off another “sugar free” product as I’m advised Peppersmith is better, less additives. They’ll take a bit of getting used to but they’re pleasant enough.”

“Love these! Always have them to hand in various places, so hopefully my teeth appreciate that! The reason I have knocked off a star, is that recently Peppersmith has started sending my monthly supply in an inferior box. Originally they changed from the very convenient plastic, err, pouches (and yes I get the whole plastic thing) to a very nice, combination display/post friendly flat box - containing several individual little boxes of gum. Aside from looking nice, it was easily posted through any standard sized letter box. Then another change... Now the postman has to wait for me to answer the door, to hand over a much larger plain rectangular cardboard box... Inside this is lots of crumpled thick paper, there to prevent the far smaller (but no longer flat) thin card box bouncing around in transit, containing the individual boxes of gum! So not only far more waste to give to the recycle guys (oh, and the thin card box containing the little boxes of gum, is wrapped in cellophane), but I have to be at home to receive it! Possibly another corporate decision by an accounts manager!!!!!”
