“Still enjoy the mints, but much preferred the carton as it’s easier to open. Also (just) missed the free postage offer when buying. It could be more prominent: a bit sneaky to have a minimum order of 6 that attracts postage when an order of 7 is post free.”

“I have long enjoyed the Sicilan lemon mints:now that I have to take pills that leave me with a dry mouth I find the saliva-producing slight tartness of these mints a great relief without the added guilt of feeling I am indulging in wicked sweets”

“Like these mints and using over year just feel that having a on going order don't suit my needs , that means I have to pay more.I buy 8 large packs to get the free postage but I have suggested a loyalty bonus for customers like me but to no avail, but saying that I recommend these mints good for gums.”

“Love the mints BUT I was promised a free storage tin if I ordered over £20 which I immediately did. The tin didn't arrive with the mints so I emailed a week ago and Peppersmith apologised and said they'd send one. It's still not arrived! Why? Not good PR I'd suggest.”

“Tasty, vegan mints. Pouch keeps the mints fresher which is great, and it's bio-degradable. Look out for the 3 orders minimum clause when subscribing - also you have to email customer services to cancel and can't do it with a click on the site. They took 5 days to reply to the first email, and haven't replied yet to the second one after 10 more days.”

“Good taste and texture, this is my second bulk purchase of Peppersmith gum (~12 months worth). The flavour doesn't last quite as long as your normal Wrigley's extra but I'm happier with the supposed health benefits i.e. no aspartame!”

“Dear Peppersmith. The mints are good. Some of the changes that you have made in the last year are not welcome. A comparison between my orders of October 2023 and September 2024 is instructive. You have changed from Mighty Box to Mighty Pouch, each of c. 100 mints, and increased the price of each by 25p; that's ok. However, you also have changed your minimum order quantity from 4 boxes to 6 pouches and increased your postage charge from 99p to £2.49; neither of which is welcome. I buy these mints for my wife. 6 pouches is c. 600 mints which, at 1 a day, is over 18 months supply. The best before date on the latest pouches is March 2026, so just about ok. Look at the time between my last 2 orders and you will see that 4 boxes (400 mints) lasted my wife 11 months, which, allowing for her having given one box to her daughter, broadly corresponds with normal usage. Yes, I know that you do mini-packets, but the prices of these is disproportionately higher than the price of your Mighty Box-Pouch and makes them uneconomical. We have found a shop which supplies your mini-packets, but they further increase the retail sale price. Please re-think. Regards.”

“The mint could ideally be stronger and longer lasting, but these no doubt leave my teeth feeling very clean when i have them after meals with no bacteria build up through out the day.”
